NLB Building, Central Public Library Basement 1, 100 Victoria Street & Various Locations Design Defined is enriching the local design environment by sparking a conversation about what design is and what it can be in Singapore. In March 2009, Define Design was launched to collect definitions of design from around the world. These definitions have formed the impetus for the second phase of this project, Design Defined, which will be a series of guerilla interventions popping up around town throughout the Singapore Design Festival 2009.
