Synopsis: HARDBOILED is an ecological and social magazine, dedicated to examining the relationship between human beings and their physical and mental environment, offering incisive philosophical articles as well as activist commentary from around the world addressing issues ranging from genetically modified foods to aids and child labor. HARDBOILED is a digital media production by Yolk and will officially launch right here at the Yolk office, in conjunction with the Singapore Design Festival 2007. Whether you're a tree-hugger, a peace-maker, a hippie, a beach-saver, or a lover not a fighter, come join us at the official launch HARDBOILED: THE BIRTH OF A REBEL WITH A CAUSE. We aim to provide means of shaping the image and activities of the global network, bringing together artists, activists, writers, pranksters, students, educators and entrepreneurs who want to advance the new social activist movement of the information age. HARDBOILED will provide a medium for interacting with the broader social activist communities. |
